As a new patient to our office, we would like to provide you with a summary of what to expect.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be welcomed by our friendly patient coordinators who will collect your new patient information and be given a tour of our office. You can relax in our relaxation room before or after your appointment and help yourself to coffee, tea, or water while you enjoy aromatherapy and soothing music. You will be shown to our consult area or one of our dental examination rooms where our hygienists, dentists, and assistants will answer any questions, concerns, expectations, and dental health needs you may have. 

Before the comprehensive dental examination begins, we make sure all of your questions have been answered. You are welcome to use headphones, neck pillows, warm aromatherapy hand mitts, or warm lap blankets as you sit in our massaging dental chairs. We will take any necessary radiographs (x-rays). Digital x-rays are offered at less radiation than traditional systems and with immediate results. 

Upon completion of your examination and x-rays, we will provide you will a full dental health report based on our findings and results. We will use an intra-oral camera to give you a tour of concerning areas if needed. Procedures and recommendations will be outlined in an individualized format specific to your dental health. Any options and/or alternatives you may have will be discussed at this time. 

Our well-trained professional hygienist will perform a full general cleaning or begin any recommended active therapy for treating gum/periodontal disease depending on what is best for your overall oral health. At our office, we don't want to “just” treat your teeth—we want to treat YOU as a person we care for and are dedicated to improving your health and your life.
